• We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised or confirmed prices and itineraries.

• We act solely as an agent for suppliers and are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third parties.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

7. Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

8. Complaints and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois in the United States of America, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
